Currently the CIA tools assesses 28 competencies. The candidate you are asked to rate will not have been assessed on all 28 competencies. The competencies are divided into 4 categories:
- Personal Effectiveness
- Working with People
- Getting Results
- Commercial Competence
To find the right web page to use for scoring look at the candidate's CIQ protocol which has been mailed to you. Find the competency in the list below. Click on the appropriate link at the top of the list and then score all the relevant competencies on that page. Then return to this page and click on the next appropriate link and score all the relevant competencies on that page. Repeat this process untill you have scored all of the candidate's competencies in the candidate protocol that was mailed to you.
