CIQ Score Terms of Use
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights with respect to the Critical Incident Assessment Process and all related materials. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You have been given a once - off use license, to use the CIA Process and Tools as an aid in the assessment of candidates for one position and these toolsmay not be used for other positions. After accepting our terms of use you will be sent the candidates' CIQ responses. You may print off one copy per rater. Each copy (hard and electronic) must be destroyed once you have completed the assessment process.
Any breach of the above terms of use may result in:
- Issue of a warning to you.
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
- Further legal action against you. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
